Just before midnight the Aussies managed to get the 2
required wickets and I retired a happy chappy! We were up and going early with
Cosy Corner, thanks mostly to its black sand and over crowded conditions, being
nominated as our least favourite camp site yet!
We trundled into the caravan park in Denmark, the West
Australian town that is, and hung out for the day doing the washing, school
work and getting some groceries. We had a beautiful site overlooking Wilson
Inlet but it was, as usual, blowing a gale so we spent most of the time reading
while the boys tore around on their bikes terrorising anybody who dared to walk
along the pathway beside our site.
It wasn’t long before the day was over and having
accomplished very little, which is a good thing sometimes, we headed off to
bed.
